ETUDE EXPERIMENTALE ET MODELISATION DES ECHANGES THERMIQUES DANS UN FOUR A POTERIE

Abstract: Over the last years, the main energetic concerns, the analysis of the firing performance as well as the quality of the pottery materials have required the understanding of heat transfer process which is taking place. These heat transfer in pottery oven, constitute a complex phenomenon including all of the combustion of gas which is distributed in the oven by a forced convection and conduction, radiation. To understand the thermal performance from which follows the energetic efficiency of the experimental prototype, we will show in this article a simplified modeling allowing to set up a mathematical model describing the energy balances of the oven. The simulation of the mathematical model has allowed us to compare its results with experimental measurements achieved by the prototype that has made it possible to validate the model and adjust the setting of the thermal transfers
