Rezumat: The achievement of this plate is based on the molecular kinetic energy separation law which I discovered during the past decade. This plate allows the use of heat extracted from the environment without the pollute formation and oxygen consumption. The warm side of this plate furnishes the heat extracted by the cold side and transferred to the warm one through the intrinsic peculiarities of mater organized accordingly to my theory, which is able to justify the unexplained results of some experiments. The air or the water will be able to furnish or receive the heat offering any thermal or refrigeration energy in a cheaper and ecological way. The practical realization of the plate and of the thermal devices based on it will be the objectives of further research that dimensions depend only on the available fund.
