STUDY ON AIR CONDITIONING THROUGH DESICCANT TECHNOLOGY

Rezumat: Lucrarea propune un model matematic pentru studiul proceselor de transfer ce au loc in particula adsorbanta ce intra in componenta adsorberelor rotative in strat compact. Rezultatele numerice obtinute au permis evidentierea distributiei incarcarii solidului adsorbant pe directie radiala precum si a variatiei parametrilor medii ai acestuia (temperatura si continut de umiditate)

Abstract: In the present paper, a behavioural model of the transfer processes within the desiccant pellet was proposed. The numerical simulation allowed to obtain the water content distribution on radial direction and the evolution of the average solid desiccant parameters (water content, temperature) during adsoption and desorption stages.
